At Whumies, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for complete information.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
There are no shipping charges regardless of order value.

COD Charges

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD convenience fee of ₹79 will be applicable per order.
This charge is collected by the courier partner to cover cash handling and processing.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business working day after the order is placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines

Delhi NCR:
Orders are usually delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Outside Delhi NCR (Rest of India):
Delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on the location and courier partner.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email and/or WhatsApp so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are entered correctly at checkout.

Whumies will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Failed deliveries due to unreachable customers

  • Loss of parcels due to wrong address provided by the customer

Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes (sale periods, festive seasons)

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Courier partner operational issues

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.
