At Whumies, we pack every order with utmost care and love. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The product must have all original tags intact.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

  • A clear unboxing video is compulsory, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, showing:

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • The product clearly

If the tag is broken, missing, or replaced, the product will not be accepted for return.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 24 hours if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

The unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Outer box damage alone is not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer regular exchanges.

Exchange will be considered only if:

  • The product has genuine damage

  • Unboxing video is provided

  • The issue is verified and approved by our team

For size or preference changes, the fastest way is to return the product (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return shipping instructions.

  • Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount.

  • If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.

Important Notes

  • No refund for outer packaging damage only

  • No return for used, washed, or altered products

  • No return without unboxing video

  • No return if tags are missing or tampered

  • No exchange except in case of verified damage
