Our products are crafted from cotton, polyester, handmade crochet, or a mix depending on the design.

How should I care for and clean my plush toys or crochet items?

Most plushies can be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth. Crochet toys should be hand-washed gently and air-dried.

Are the bag charms durable for daily use?

Yes! Our plush and crochet keychains are designed with sturdy metal hooks/rings so they can be securely attached to bags, purses, or zippers.

Can kids use Whumies Bag Charms?

Yes, they’re lightweight and safe. However, for very young children under 3 years, we recommend using them under adult supervision.

Do crochet jewellery cause skin and hair irritation?

No, crochet jewellery is made with cotton yarn and hypoallergenic findings, making them safe for sensitive skin.

Is the POP craft kit safe for kids?

Yes, it’s safe for children. Recommended for ages 4+ under adult supervision.

Can the POP art be reused?

No, once painted and dried, the shapes are for display or play only.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple!

  1. Browse through our collections and select the product you love.
  2. Choose the variant (if applicable) and click Add to Cart.
  3. Once you’re ready, click on the cart icon at the top right and proceed to Checkout.
  4. Log in to your Whumies account or create a new one.
  5. Confirm your shipping address, select a payment method, and click Place Order.

    You’ll then receive an order confirmation email with your order ID.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and order ID. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports over 21 options including UPI, Mastercard, Visa, RuPay, Maestro, Paytm, Amex, Netbanking, Amazon Pay, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Airtel Pay, HSBC, and more.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We do offer Cash on Delivery across India but an additional fee is applicable. Kindly check Shipping Policy for more information

Why can’t I see the Cash on Delivery (COD) option?

If the COD option isn’t showing at checkout, it means that this facility is not available for your postal code. You can still pay using Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking, or choose an alternate address where COD is supported. In case you need more help, kindly contact us at +91 9599331601 (whatsapp only).

Is there any extra charge for Cash on Delivery orders?

Yes, we do charge additional fees for COD orders. Kindly check the shipping policy for more information.

I wish to add more products to my already placed order. Can I do that?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot add more products to it. You can place a new order for the additional items you’d like.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing us at help.whumies@gmail.com or calling us at +91 9599331601 with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What happens if delivery fails?

If a delivery attempt by our courier partner fails, you will receive communication with the next steps. A re-attempt will be made automatically.

Why is my order not showing in my account?

This may be due to a technical issue. Please share the details with us at help.whumies@gmail.com and we’ll assist you right away.

Can I buy multiple products in one order?

Yes, you can add multiple products to your cart and place a single order.

Can I save products for later?

Yes, you can add items to your cart and purchase them anytime in the future.

Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?

Unfortunately, if a product is marked as Out of Stock, it cannot be purchased at the moment. You can check back later when the product is restocked.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes! During checkout, you can enter a separate shipping address different from your billing address. But in case you want to change the address once the order is placed, you will need to contact us.

Do I need an account to shop at Whumies?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account to place an order. This helps us keep your order history, track shipments, and offer you a smoother shopping experience.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer Free Delivery on all orders across India. 🎉

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 10 AM
  • Delhi NCR → 1–2 days
  • Other cities across India → 5–7 business days
Orders placed after 10 AM
  • Delhi NCR → 2–3 days
  • Other cities across India → up to 7 business days

Please note: During periods of high order volume or adverse weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer.

Can I modify the shipping address before my order is shipped?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at help.whumies@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the updated address, our team will revert back to you with the best solution possible.

What if my order is undelivered?

If our courier partners are unable to deliver your prepaid order and it’s returned to us, we will initiate a full refund. The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days of initiation.

Do you deliver outside India?

Currently, we deliver only within India. (👉 You can later add international delivery details if you expand shipping.)

Are there any cancellation charges?

No. We do not charge anything extra for order cancellations but please note that gift packing charges, COD charges (if applicable) and shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.

What is your return window?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

What are the conditions for a product to be eligible for return?

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact and original packaging. A valid proof of purchase and a clear unboxing video are mandatory. Products with missing or tampered tags will not be accepted.

Is an unboxing video compulsory for returns or refunds?

Yes. A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing the outer box, inner packaging, and the product, is mandatory for any return, damage, or wrong-item claim.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and order details. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return or replacement process if approved.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer regular exchanges. Exchanges are considered only in cases of genuine damage, subject to verification and approval by our team. For size or preference changes, you can return the product (if eligible) and place a fresh order.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing time may vary. If you do not receive the refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

While every Whumies order is packed with love and care, you can also request special gift packaging for your order (or select items within it). For occasions like birthdays, baby showers, or celebrations, we’ll wrap your products in adorable wrapping paper, tied with ribbons, sprinkled with confetti, and finished with a personalized message card to make your gift extra special.

Can I add a personalized note?

Yes! You can include a custom note with your order — just mention it in notes during checkout.

Do you offer return-gift sets for birthdays or events?

Yes, we do provide bulk packs and party return gifts. Please contact us for customization.

Do we charge extra for gift wrapping?

Yes, we charge a minimal amount of Rs. 49 per product for gift wrapping.
